· Inovant (Visa International), Foster City, CA (June, 2000 - February, 2001). Technical writer and web developer. Responsible for writing technical and user documentation, as well as on-line help system for new cash card product being developed by Visa. Also assisted programming team with database design issues.

· Archipelago Productions, Monterey, CA (1997-1999). Reviewer and content provider for CD-ROM principles of economics course.

· CEDEX, Inc., Oakland, CA (1989-1990). Project manager for programming team that developed the first EDI software for the international container industry.

· Ansa Software, Belmont, CA (1986-1987). Chief information consultant. Responsible for design and implementation of all internal information systems.

· Gemological Research Corp., San Mateo, CA (1985-1986). Wrote user and technical manuals for retail jewelry store management software. Set up technical support department. Consulted on software design. Clients included Tiffany International. GRC’s system was one of the first networked multi-user, and multi-site PC based retail management applications.
