Dr. Wiley's doctorate is in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and her professional specialties are human resources management and organizational behavior. Her research and consulting experience has been in the areas of performance appraisal, training and development, and issues concerning working women. Dr. Wiley is a partner in Green-Wiley Associates, a human resources management consulting firm providing consulting services to many San Francisco Bay Area companies.
